What if there is bad weather?

We know Seattle can be unpredictable, that is why our Bubble Tent allows you to enjoy picnics even on rainy and cold days. If the weather takes a turn for the worst and we need to postpone, we will allow you to pick another date.

What if I need to cancel?

We understand that sometimes life happens. If you need to cancel your picnic, let us know 72 hours ahead of your booking to receive a full refund. Keep in mind that you can always reschedule.

If you need to cancel within the 72 hour window before your booking, we can refund you 75% .

What are the locations for the picnics?

You can find our favorite locations in the Location section of our website. But you are welcome to pick your favorite park, beach or your private property. If the location is more than 20 miles outside of Bellevue, a travel fee will be required.

What if we damage something?

If there is irreparable damage to our equipment or if something is missing, there will be an additional charge.

What precautions are we taking with COVID 19?

Your safety is our number one priority. We clean and sanitize all our equipment. Our utensils, blankets and pillows are washed constantly. We also provide hand sanitizer for your comfort.

How long can I stay and how many guests are allowed?

Our packages include 2 hours, for up to 4 guests. Each additional hour is $50.00, and additional guests are $25.00 with up to 6 guests total.

Can I bring my own food? Is alcohol allowed?

You can bring your own picnic food. We also offer amazing grazing boards and dessert boards to make it even easier for you!

Unfortunately, alcohol is not permitted in Seattle public parks. If you choose to have your picnic on your private property you are welcome to bring your drinks!
